The new record I created exist in Koha without a 001 and a 003 tag. Usually these fields are supplied by the software used when creating a record. Is there any utility in biblios that can be set to assign a record number,  with either a prefix or suffix attached to indicate the source of the record is biblios, and place it in the 001 tag? Likewise, is there a utility that will automatically insert the library's symbol into the 003 tag? If not, these would be good features to add.
