Lots of questions.How are records being matched if someone sends records in?  I know we have a problem in Koha with this because I loaded 20 records into horizon and got 2 new records but when I load them into Koha I got 18 new records using ISBN as a match point due to 10/13 digit ISBN matching and First ISBN on the record matching. I was thinking if a bunch of schools submitted their records to the open archive what's to keep them from not creating hundreds of new records when there should be matches.If a record is submitted and the record you own only has one ISBN - but the new one has the paperback or another ISBN - can you pull the ISBN's from the incoming to the existing record?  Is there an evaluation space for records coming in with questions?If I were to edit an exiting record and "clean it up" in Biblios - are they ranked so a new record coming in won't over write my modifications?
