I'm creating a new record and have run into a few problems.

1. When  editing the 008 field, I could only enter one character into the Ctry element when I should have been able to enter three characters.

2. When editing the 008 field, I could not enter anything into the Lang element.

3. When adding the first subject heading (650$a) for Sudoku, the authority check changed my subject heading to something about bile ducts. I tried several times, and finally gave up and entered the subject heading Logic puzzles. Next, I tabbed to the next 650 field and was able to enter Sudoku successfully, even with the authority check.

When I was finished with entering data, I wanted to Save this record to the Draft folder. However, I was not able to scroll up to the top of the record where the tool bar is located so I lost my edits. How do I get back to the toolbar?
