We are currently cataloging a huge collection of old Greek theology books. We are doing original cataloging since we can't find any records for them. For the sake of expediting the process, we are not interested now in fully detailed records, but in just recording any readily available information about each item.

The problem comes when trying to send these records to our ILS. An error occurs. I am not sure if it is because some MARC fields were left blank, or filled in incorrectly. Is it possible that Biblios is refusing to send the records to the ILS if they are missing some fields? If so, what fields absolutely have to be present for biblios to successfully send the records?
